Marketing Tips: Build Your Business


  • Communicate with consumers without the expense of consumer ads by attending home shows, sponsoring local sports teams or offering to contribute tips for the real estate brokers newsletter.

  • Seek out and participate in community service programs, especially those promoted by local real estate brokerages.

  • Consider positioning yourself as a consultant who can provide advice on water problems, safety issues, radon, etc., without the obvious  self-interest of companies that provide the remedies.
