Extreme Inspection

The next time a client asks if you can do an inspection of a single family home and “I need it yesterday,” be sure you ask for the listing and a description of the home before you give the client a price.

You could very well spend all week on a place like this.

Designer/Builder John Kahn built this home in the Catskill Mountains of New York state.

Everything IN the kitchen sink

Here’s an example of why you should take a picture as proof of not inspecting an item....do you think anybody would believe me later that I couldn’t inspect the sink, the plumbing, waste disposer, trash compactor, or see the termites in the cabinet, because I couldn’t get to it? The judge would say “yea right.”
