An event becomes a tradition when it provides value. Started in 1996, Chapter Leadership Day quickly became a bona fide ASHI tradition with increasing attendance each year.
Interact, share, gain and build
Chapter Leadership Day 2004 promises to be the best yet as leaders share best practices with The ASHI Experience. It’s an opportunity for present and future leaders to interact, share ideas and issues, gain solutions and insights, and build cooperation between chapters and between ASHI and chapters.
Watch for agenda, logistics
Watch for the formal invitation with logistical information, RSVP and agenda. It will be a day packed with learning opportunities - using the ads and other deliverables, what’s new with legislation and licensing, recruiting members, mentoring Candidates, creating a positive chapter culture with better meetings, developing new chapter leaders and more.
Who should attend
Current and incoming chapter presidents and COR reps should attend. Members involved with or interested in chapter leadership also will benefit from attending. While chapters are responsible for expenses, ASHI provides a $300 stipend to each chapter represented.
Who will your chapter send to participate in the tradition of sharing on October 22, 2004?
